Role: Salesforce Senior Business Analyst
Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)
Experience Required: 6+ years (with minimum 4+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst)
Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Partner with business teams to gather, analyze, and document functional & non-functional requirements.
- Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and brainstorming sessions with development teams.
- Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Design process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and visual workflow charts to support business understanding.
- Implement Salesforce configuration changes including Flows, Fields, Page Layouts, Record Types, Custom Settings, Dashboards, and Reports.
- Perform business process modelling, data modelling, and system analysis to design scalable solutions.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve Salesforce issues using established best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals with Salesforce capabilities.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-deployment support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of total experience, with at least 4+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Admin capabilities.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, process documentation, and business analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in delivering results.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
