We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce architecture and development, with a proven track record of designing scalable and effective Salesforce solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies and the ability to guide a team in implementing best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
- Lead architectural discussions and decisions regarding Salesforce integration with other systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new Salesforce features.
- Ensure best practices in Salesforce development and architecture are followed.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and features to continuously improve the platform.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
Skills and Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, database management, and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in Salesforce security and sharing rules.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Architect, Application Architect, or Technical Architect.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
