Project Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months (Possible extension)
Note: Remote until end of March 2026 and the person should be relocated to Pune GCC starting April 2026.
Main Responsibilities:
- Over 5 years of experience in Salesforce Administration, Automation, and Development, particularly within Sales Cloud and Communities.
- Ability to analyze requirements and clarify business needs, proposing high-level feasibility guidelines.
- Expertise in configuration solutions and core Salesforce modules.
- Proficient with Flows, Dynamic forms, Automations, Data Loader, and Advanced Reporting.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment, with effective communication skills.
Key Requirements:
- Sales Cloud Consultant Certification
- Advanced Administrator Certification
- B2B Commerce or Experience Cloud Certification (preferred)
- Flow Specialist SuperBadge (mandatory)
- Expertise in Salesforce backend and front-end development (Apex)
- Knowledge of Scrum agile methodologies and release management best practices
- Excellent client-facing communication skills (verbal and written)
- High level of autonomy in engaging with stakeholders
Nice to Have:
- Engagement with the Salesforce Trailblazer Community and Salesforce Ecosystem
- Awareness of new Salesforce releases and industry use cases
Other Details:
This position is based in Pune, India, operating in a hybrid model. The role will begin remotely until March 2026, with an expectation for relocation to Pune thereafter.
