Job Description

New Business Development Identify and seize new business opportunities to drive growth in existing and emerging markets. Develop and implement strategies to expand our footprint across the APAC region.

  • Sales Leadership Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed targets, driving revenue growth. Develop sales strategies that align with company goals and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • People Management Oversee and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Develop talent management strategies to retain and attract top talent.
  • Process Improvement Continuously evaluate and improve business processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Client Relations Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Serve as a trusted advisor, offering tailored HR solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Profit and Loss Management Manage the financial health of the APAC region, ensuring profitability while maintaining a focus on cost management and operational efficiency.
  • Branch Development Lead the expansion of Induspect s branch network across the APAC region, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.
  • New Market Analysis Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Develop strategies to enter and succeed in new markets.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated history of working in the human resource industry with a deep understanding of HR consulting, recruitment, manpower supply, and human resource outsourcing.
  • Proven experience in deferred compensation, executive search, job fairs, and talent management.
  • Strong background in business development, sales, and client relations.
  • Exceptional people management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage profit and loss statements and drive profitability.
  • Experience in branch development and new market analysis.
  • A strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.

Education & Experience Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the HR industry, with a focus on the APAC region.

Experience in managing large teams and multiple business units.
