Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation & prospecting:
- Assist in identifying potential clients through online research, cold calling, and referrals.
- Create and maintain a database of prospective customers.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Sales support & coordination:
- Support the sales team during presentations, demos, and client meetings.
- Coordinate with internal departments for proposals, quotations, and documentation.
- Follow up with clients for updates, feedback, and clarifications.
- Client communication:
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online meetings.
- Share product/service information professionally and clearly.
- Maintain regular and polite communication with prospects.
- Product & market understanding:
- Learn about the company's products/services and understand the value proposition.
- Study industry trends, competitor offerings, and market expectations.
- Reporting & documentation:
- Maintain lead status, follow-up details, and daily updates in CRM or Excel sheets.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales activity reports.
- Assist in creating sales presentations, proposals, and basic MIS reports.
- Training & development:
- Participate in sales training programs, product training, and soft skills workshops.
- Apply learnings in day-to-day activities to improve performance.
- Develop confidence in handling client interactions independently.
