Work Location: Mumbai

Minimum experience: Minimum 3 years sales experience in B2B / Account Management / BDM / Channel Sales

Spoken Language: Good Spoken English , Hindi

Hours: 9AM to 5 PM IST (Monday Friday)

Work Mode: Hybrid

As Datacipher Education Services grows globally, we are looking for ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager Technical Training - Sales, to help us expand our clientele in the West region, based in our Mumbai office. You will be at the forefront of the company and have the expertise to build and apply effective sales strategies throughout the region. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through sales in the West region, based in our Mumbai office, boosting training sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Thanks to our rapid expansion worldwide, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Business Development Manager - West Region , Mumbai office, India

The key responsibilities for the position include:

Manage accounts, vendors and channels to deliver a training plan aligned to their skills gap

Develop and execute sales plans

Deliver agreed sales performance targets

Maintain a strong and accurate pipeline of opportunities

Work with our operations team to ensure successful course delivery

Building key relationships within all sales channels

Campaign and event follow up

Represent Datacipher Education Services at trade shows and events as required (Regional Travel required)

Skills and experience

Minimum 3 years of Account Management experience (great if thats in IT)

Excellent understanding of solution selling and relating the value to a customer's business requirements.

Be able to execute persuasive sales techniques

Demonstrate success in a previous sales role by exceeding targets

Understand the channel market, Systems Integrators, Distributors & OEMs across the territories to help sales identify and nurture key influencers within each opportunity

First-class presentation, planning, and sales skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Be a natural team player and have a desire to work with others for broader success

Operate successfully in a rapidly changing environment

Outstanding time management and organisational skills

Demonstrate effectiveness through the forecast review process to track performance and results

Be familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce) and be able to input lead data regularly to enable results tracking

Demonstrate ability to be proactive and take the initiative to get things done

Ability to manage multiple tasks at once (flexible and self-sufficient)

Positive attitude, energetic, self-motivated, and persistent (not afraid of rejection)
