Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute zone-wise / area-wise sales strategy across Hyderabad.
  • Lead door-to-door sales activities, ensuring effective customer engagement and conversion.
  • Organize and manage stalls/kiosks to promote the brand and generate high-quality leads.
  • Monitor and track daily sales performance, ensuring the team meets assigned KPIs and targets.
  • Provide on-ground guidance, coaching, and support to the field sales team.
  • Conduct regular training and motivational sessions to enhance the team's productivity.
  • Ensure sales reporting, lead management, and feedback loops are maintained accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for marketing materials, operations, and escalations.
