Sales Team Lead

The Sales Team Lead will oversee and manage a team to drive sales performance and achieve targets. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, establishing sales strategies, ensuring excellent customer service, and regularly evaluating team progress. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane.

• Analytical Skills to assess sales data and make informed decisions
• Ability to motivate and engage team members effectively
• Experience in the financial consulting industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
