Abdos Labtech Private Limited is a manufacturer of high-quality plastic laboratory products. Established in 2009, our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is located at Roorkee, Uttarakhand about 4 hours from the Indian capital, New Delhi. Since its inception, we have been prototyping, designing, developing, and manufacturing high-quality plastic products for use in life science laboratories around the world. In addition to plastics, we also market a large variety of benchtop instruments and products for safety & and utilities for use in the laboratory.

We are one of the select manufacturers from India that has IVD certification on certain products and are also represented by Obelis as its EC REP in Europe. We follow intense quality control measures, audits, and periodic reviews to ensure our plant, warehouse, and maintenance system run effectively and efficiently leaving no compromise on the quality served to the end-user.

Responsibilities:-

1. PREPARATION OF PROFORMA INVOICE, SALES ORDER, DELIVERY ORDER, INVOICES, PACKING LIST, PICKING LIST.

2. WORK ON WMS OF EUROPE WAREHOUSE. BOOK ORDERS IN WMS OF VENLO.

3. DISPATCH AND OTHER SERVICE FOLLOW UP WITH EUROPE WAREHOUSE.

4. SAMPLE DISPATCHES.

5. FOLLOW UP WITH THE PRODUCTION FOR THE ORDER READINESS.

6. UPDATE CUSTOMER ABOUT THEIR CURRENT ORDER AND REQUEST FOR PAYMENT AS PER THE PAYMENT TERM.

7. ARRANGE FOR LOGISTICS FOR THE PROCESSING OF ORDER (AGENT FINALIZATION, RATES FINALIZATION).

8. PREPARE PRE-SHIPPING DOCUMENTATION.

9. ARRANGE FOR CLAEARANCE

10. SEND DISPATCH INTIMATION TO THE CUSTOMER

11. SEND SHIPMENT STATUS TO THE CUSTOMER AND RESOLVE QUERY OF THE CUSTOMER

12. POST SHIPPING DOCUMENTATION ISSUANCE (COC, AIFTA, BL) & SEND TO THE CUSTOMER.

13. FOLLOW UP WITH THE CUSTOMER FOR THE OUTSTANDING PAYMENT

14. MISC FOLLOW UPS (PRODUCTION, QUALITY, DISPATCH, CUSTOMER AND SHIPPING AGENTS).

15. DSR FOR VENLO

16 STOCK PLANNING AT MOTHER WAREHOUSE IN INDIA & STOCK PLANNING MASTER WAREHOUSE IN NETHERLAND.

17 EXPENSES AUDIT OF EUROPE WAREHOISE

Qualifications:-

• Minimum graduation, post-graduation & commerce or equivalent
• Strong verbal or written communication skills
• Strong SAP & and Excel Knowledge is a must

8+ years of experience related to the field
