Sales Support Coordinator

Role Overview:

The Sales Executive (Sales Support) will be responsible for handling sales order processes, customer support, MIS reporting, and ensuring timely communication between sales, accounts, and customers. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting, reporting, and software tools like Tally/ERP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Order Processing and Authorization as per delegation.
• Dispatch Updates and Inventory Confirmation.
• Managing Pending Sale Orders, Short Closing, Documentation, and Reporting.
• Payment & Collections follow-up and outstanding reconciliation.
• Customer Interaction for Billing, Statement Sharing, and Query Resolution.
• Preparation of MIS reports and presentations (Daily/Weekly/Monthly).
• Handling ERP-related issues and updates.
• Support in Sales Team requirements, approvals, and coordination.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge ofSales Support and Accounting Operations.
• Proficiency inMS Excel (Advanced)andPowerPoint.
• Working knowledge ofTally & ERP Software(preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Open for business travel as required.
