As a Sales Support Professional within our Institutional Sales Support Team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on distribution channel trends and monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and their impact on client portfolios.
  • Prepare client memos and materials for strategy meetings, business reviews, and sales conferences.
  • Analyze client relationships and asset allocation preferences to support client review presentations and briefing memos.
  • Create and update client reports and deliverables, including DDQs, RFPs, pitchbooks, and meeting materials.
  • Respond to client queries and manage communications, including attending client calls and documenting meeting notes.
  • Maintain client information in internal databases such as Salesforce and Spectrum, ensuring accurate documentation of sales activities.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams on new product launches, client events, and market research communications.
  • Liaise with Client Advisors to generate portfolio insights, heatmap analyses, investment comparisons, and related reports.
  • Oversee onboarding of new clients, ensuring completion of due diligence and AML processes, and monitor client reporting schedules.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of platforms, asset classes, and products to effectively execute assigned tasks and drive stakeholder management.
  • Take ownership of the delivery and execution of a pipeline of sales-related activities, adapting to increasing complexity and evolving business needs.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field with atleast 4 years of expereince.
  • Relevant industry experience and market knowledge of the sales process.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skillsets, including data analysis and understanding of data flows.
  • Proficiency in MS Office product suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Understanding of Asset Management business (Investment Management, Mutual Funds, Managed Accounts, ETFs, SMAs).
  • Strong knowledge of asset classes: Equity, Fixed Income, Cash Liquidity, Currency, Real Estate, Hedge Funds, Private Equity.
  • Effective planning and time management skills to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Professional attitude with energy, ownership, and confidence to complete work with limited supervision.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Familiarity with business intelligence and MIS tools.
  • Prior exposure to sales support in Asset Management.
  • Knowledge of sustainable investment strategies and actively managed ETFs.
  • Experience in client onboarding and compliance processes.
