Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Associate located in Kochi. The Sales Support Associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks. The role involves managing customer data, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth sales process through effective communication with clients and internal teams.
