Job Description:
As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for updating resumes according to job descriptions, negotiating pay rates, and managing all aspects of client relationships. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary and incentives package.
Responsibilities:
- Update resumes according to job descriptions and client requirements
- Negotiate pay rates with clients and candidates
- Utilize your expertise in various technologies to match candidates with suitable positions
- Schedule and coordinate client interviews
- Build and maintain strong vendor ships and client relationships
- Develop and implement strategies to source and attract qualified candidates
- Conduct screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for client requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the database
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand client base
- Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to make informed recruiting decisions
- Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and metrics to management
Requirements:
- 6 months -10 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter
- Proven experience in pay rate negotiation
- Proficiency in a wide range of technologies and platforms
- Strong scheduling and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Knowledge of immigration and visa processes related to hiring international candidates
- Familiarity with job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
