Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales by engaging with new clients and nurturing relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, property presentations and site visits.
  • Act as a communication link between clients and the company to ensure clarity on pricing, services, and project updates.
  • Build, manage and expand a strong customer network within the assigned region.
  • Identify and leverage multiple market channels to enhance business opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects and clients to drive conversions.
  • Establish long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and offering the best property solutions.
