Job Roles: Sales & Pre-Sales (Solution Consulting)

Locations: Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru

Experience: 1 year to 10 years (Multiple positions Executives, Senior Executives, Managers)

Virtuos Digital is expanding rapidly and hiring dynamic, growth-driven Sales and Pre-Sales professionals for its four major business lines:

  1. CRM / Customer Experience Stack
  2. CLM / No-Code Automation Stack
  3. Work Collaboration & Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
  4. DXP / Digital Agency & Digital Experience Operations

1. Sales Executive / Sales Manager Job DescriptionResponsibilities
  • Drive new customer acquisition across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Conduct email outreach, phone prospecting, and follow-ups to build strong pipelines.
  • Engage with CXOs, Directors, VPs, and key business leaders to present Virtuos Digital's value proposition.
  • Perform product demonstrations (with Pre-Sales support where necessary).
  • Identify customer needs across CRM, CLM, Work Collaboration, DXP, and position appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, pipeline updates, and forecast reports.
  • Work closely with Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Product Teams for proposal creation and deal closure.
  • Attend events, expos, summits, webinars, and represent the Virtuos brand.
  • Achieve quarterly/annual sales quotas and continuously expand the business footprint.
Required Skills & Attributes
  • Excellent communication & articulation skills (English).
  • Strong sales personality outgoing, engaging, confident.
  • Ability to communicate with C-level executives.
  • Proven experience in email campaigns, tele-prospecting, outreach programs.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS/Cloud products.
  • Ability to understand technology and communicate benefits considering business outcomes.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined.
  • Strong negotiation skills & closing capabilities.
Preferred Background
  • Engineering or MBA graduates.
  • Experience selling CRM, CLM, BPM, Work Collaboration, ERP, or Digital solutions.
  • Prior exposure to Oracle, Salesforce, Smartsheet, Microsoft, or similar ecosystems preferred.
2. Pre-Sales / Solution Consultant Job DescriptionResponsibilities
  • Lead solution consulting across CRM, CX, CLM, Work Collaboration, and DXP platforms.
  • Understand customer requirements deeply (business + technical).
  • Configure product demos, mockups, prototypes using:
  • Salesforce, Oracle, Agiloft
  • Asana, Smartsheet
  • October.ai
  • VDC's own DXP tools
  • Prepare solution decks, architecture diagrams, workflow models, and customer success stories.
  • Collaborate with Sales in responding to RFPs, RFIs, SoWs, and Proposals.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical walkthroughs, and capability demonstrations.
  • Assist customers in scoping, gap analysis, and transformation roadmap creation.
  • Work with Product Teams to incorporate customer feedback and feature insights.
  • Train junior team members on new products, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills
  • Strong functional understanding of:
  • CRM Processes (Sales, Service, Marketing)
  • CLM (Contracts, Workflows, No-Code Automation)
  • Work Collaboration & PPM (Resource mgmt, automation, intake forms)
  • DXP and Digital Agency operations
  • Ability to configure demos rapidly.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of product architecture, SaaS platforms, APIs, workflows.
  • Should be confident interacting with global customers.
Good to Have
  • Experience with Oracle CX/CRM, Salesforce, Microsoft Cloud, Agiloft CLM, Asana, Smartsheet.
  • Experience in digital transformation consulting.
  • Prior experience in Pre-Sales, Solutioning, Product Consulting.
