Job Title: Sales Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Operations Manager with strong analytical, operational, and leadership skills to support and optimize our sales processes. The ideal candidate should have prior hands-on experience in sales and a deep understanding of sales enablement, performance tracking, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with sales leadership to define and implement sales strategies, processes, and reporting frameworks.
Oversee daily sales operations to ensure efficiency and goal achievement across regions or centers.
Monitor key performance metrics, sales funnels, and conversion ratios to identify improvement areas.
Design and manage dashboards, MIS reports, and data analytics to drive decision-making.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Support forecasting, target setting, and incentive plan design.
Train and guide sales teams on tools, CRM, and operational best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
47 years of total experience, with at least 2+ years in sales and 2+ years in sales operations or strategy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and CRM systems (Leadsquared / Zoho / HubSpot preferred).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Prior experience in education, retail, or fast-paced consumer industries preferred.
