SentinelOne is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to support the APJ Go-To Market Team as we continue our transformational journey. Field Productivity is a key focus area for the business and this role is pivotal in enabling a productive employee experience.
The measure of success is enabling consistent, predictable and repeatable hyper-growth for the GTM team through driving sales discipline, processes, operating cadence.
This role will be responsible for Business Partnering with in Leadership Teams across in APJ geo ranging from GTM Design, Business Analysis Metrics as we'll as managing the day-to-day support with our sales tools (SFDC, Clari)
What will you do
Role will firstly support the APJ Operations leader in all areas of the Geo functions.
Being the Operational Lead for specific aligned regional areas that roll into the APJ GEO (SARRC ASEAN) with support to those key sales leaders.
Actively participate in the APJ forecasting process ensuring forecasts are updated timely in Clari and advise leaders on changing dynamics of their pipeline while challenging their forecasts to ensure accuracy.
Owning elements of global activities such as headcount tracking and ad hoc reporting for Sales
Drive aligned regions annual Sales planning processes including Area, Regional District goal assignments, territory management updates, and Sales compensation plan changes.
Identify key infrastructure missing to support Sales and develop solutions that align to the team s overall vision
Educate and train our teams on key Sales processes
Help lead the development and documentation of key sales metrics and business review materials.
Monitor and action participation rates and Rep DNA output in collaboration with Enablement Team.
Qualifications:
5+ years in Sales, Revenue or Field Operations supporting Sales teams with a strong emphasis on enabling teams to be hyper productive
Bachelor degree in Finance, Management, Technology or Economics; MBA a plus
Ability to influence sales teams and build strong collaborative relationships across multiple functions
Experience designing and scaling processes that support a hyper growth business model
Self motivated and the ability to show initiative and follow through on tasks and assignments
Proven analytical ability to take disparate datasets and turning it into insightful analytics including developing messaging, visualizualization of data and executive level presentations
Strong verbal and written skills with an emphasis on the ability to summarize and translate complex needs of the field
Quick learner and not afraid to run multiple activities and projects simultaneously in a fast paced, high growth environment
Experience supporting Sales organizations that sell subscription security software
Experience in a hyper growth, publicly traded environment with documenting key processes
