staffing, and technology solutions across North America and India.

We are hiring a Sales Operations Manager / Lead for one of our U.S.-based clients in

the Merchant Finance and Alternative Lending domain. This is an onsite leadership role

in Hyderabad responsible for managing the India sales floor, ensuring operational

excellence, data integrity, and alignment with U.S. leadership.

Role Overview

The Sales Operations Manager / Lead will oversee a team of sales representatives

(openers and closers) focused on small-business financing for U.S. clients. The role

requires hands-on experience in sales operations, CRM management, reporting, and

team leadership, along with the ability to work closely with cross-border stakeholders in

real time.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Leadership

Lead and supervise a team of 5 10 sales representatives.

Drive achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.

Conduct performance reviews, training, and call quality audits.

Ensure smooth coordination between India and U.S. operations.

Process & Performance Management

Develop and implement standardized sales workflows and performance metrics.

Maintain CRM hygiene, accuracy of leads, and reporting dashboards.

Track KPIs lead conversion, funded amount, ROI, and renewal rates.

Identify bottlenecks and introduce automation or process improvements.

Data Security & Compliance

Enforce data-handling protocols consistent with client and company standards.

Ensure confidentiality, secure CRM/VPN access, and compliance with NDAs.

Support periodic audits and process reviews with U.S. stakeholders.

Reporting & Coordination

Deliver weekly and monthly performance dashboards to senior management.

Align team activities with U.S. time zone and leadership cadence.

Contribute to quarterly reviews and strategic planning sessions.

Required Qualifications

7 10 years of total professional experience, including 5+ years in sales operations,

inside-sales management, or team leadership roles.

Proven experience in financial services, lending, BPO, or MCA (preferred).

Hands-on expertise in CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.

Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets reporting capability.

Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage cross-border teams and perform in a high-energy sales environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with sales-performance dashboards and forecasting tools.

Process-oriented mindset with focus on quality and compliance.

Exposure to U.S. financial or small-business sales environments.

Ability to handle fast-paced, target-driven operations.
