About the team:
Oil & Gas
This team is directly responsible for growth of Oil and Gas offline transactions & users at Paytm.
Key Responsibilities
. Sales Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize sales processes to enhance
efficiency and effectiveness.
. Data Management: Collect, analyze, and manage sales data to provide insights and
support decision-making.
. Reporting: Generate and maintain regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance
metrics.
. CRM Management: Oversee the use of CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and
consistency.
. Sales Support: Provide operational support to the sales team, including preparing sales
materials, managing sales documentation, and coordinating sales activities.
. Forecasting and Analysis: Assist in sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting
processes.
. Training and Development: Train and support sales staff in using sales tools and
systems.
. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to
ensure alignment and achieve sales objectives.
. Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance against targets and identify areas
for improvement.
. Compliance: Ensure that all sales operations comply with company policies and
industry regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations or a related field.
. Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related
field. A Masters degree is a plus.
. Excel Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis,
pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas.
. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy.
. CRM Knowledge: Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced
environment.
Preferred Qualifications
. Experience in Payments/Fintech industry.
. Familiarity with MS Office is a must.
. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
