We are seeking an experienced Sn. Sales Coordinator. This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales processes within the IT sector, strong analytical skills, and proven experience in managing and improving sales operations.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Coordinate with the sales team to book sales orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Prepare purchase orders and sales orders, ensuring all details align with customer requirements.
Ensure the adequacy of sales related equipment or material
Ensure adherence to laws & policies.
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Qualifications & Skills:
4+ years of experience in sales operations in the IT Hardware or System Integration.
Experience of working on OEM Portals like HP, Cisco etc.
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
Adequate knowledge of SAP is a plus.
Thorough knowledge about IT Hardware/Infrastructure related products and services.
Any graduate or postgraduate
