We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Compliance Executive to join our Virtual Office operations team. In this role, you'll manage client onboarding, documentation review, and guide customers on GST and MCA-related compliance for virtual office services. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in finance, company secretary ship, or tax compliance who enjoy a mix of operations, client interaction, and regulatory knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Review client KYC and documentation for virtual office services and support operational support during the process
- Assist clients in understanding requirements for GST registration (APOB/Principal Place) and MCA compliance (Registered Office filings)
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation as per regulatory and internal guidelines
- Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to resolve compliance-related issues
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Provide operational support to the finance team in maintaining financial records and ensuring compliance
- Support sales and support teams with technical queries related to ROC, GST, etc. Key Skills &
Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in operations, compliance, or client servicing
- Educational background in B.Com, M.Com, semi-qualified CA/CS, or similar
- Hands-on experience or understanding of GST, MCA filings, ROC documentation, etc.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical matters to clients clearly
- Detail-oriented and proactive in managing multiple client requests
- Comfortable using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems
