Khetibuddy Agritech Private Limited Sales Officer-Telecaller Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and engage in meaningful conversations promoting our products and services. Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions based on our offerings. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and objectives. Continually strive to improve call quality, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Good communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner. Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with basic computer applications and CRM software. We believe that finding the right telecaller is essential to enhancing our customer outreach and achieving our sales objectives.
