Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales professional to join our team at Nexus Jobs. As a Sales representative, you will be responsible for generating and closing sales leads, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This is a junior-level position, ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales. The job is located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and present suitable solutions
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Understand client needs and tailor product/service offerings to meet their requirements
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns or inquiries
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure deals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and client feedback
  • Manage and update sales databases with accurate customer information and sales activities
