We are a growing real estate company with total team size of 15+ employees, having operations in Lonavala (luxurious independent villas) and in Navi Mumbai (residential buildings).
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Manager based in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Seeking a dynamic, result-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the sales and brand-building efforts for our luxury second home villa project. The role involves creating and executing sales strategies, developing strong client relationships, and positioning the project as the most desirable second-home destination for HNIs, NRIs, and investors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for luxury villas
Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, channel partners, brokers, and digital platforms
Manage end-to-end sales cycle lead generation, client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closures
Build partnerships with channel partners, luxury brands, and real estate consultants
Engage with wealth managers, real estate consultants, and luxury lifestyle partners to widen client reach
Design and execute marketing campaigns to position project as a premium lifestyle investment
Drive brand visibility through digital marketing, social media, print, PR, and events
Collaborate with creative agencies for brochures, videos, and advertising collaterals
Manage website, SEO, PPC, and online campaigns to generate high-quality leads
Monitor competitor projects, pricing, and market trends to stay ahead
Tracking and reporting on sales performance numbers against budgeted KPI's (Lead, site visits & conversion)
Making MIS reports for management on sales performance and activities
Analysing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, competitor activities and areas for improvement
Providing coaching, feedback, and performance management to team members
Qualifications
MBA/Graduate in Marketing, Sales, or related field
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and luxury customer behavior
Strong network with HNIs, NRIs, corporate clients, and wealth managers
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the luxury segment
Ability to lead a team, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Education - MBA Sales & Marketing
Experience - 5 years +, Real Estate experience is a MUST
CTC - 7 - 8 lac p.a. fixed + variable as a % on sales
Job location- Vashi, Navi Mumbai with 2 weekly visits to Lonavala
Reporting to- Sales & Marketing Head
Work days: 1 weekly off
