About the Role
Osseous Surgicals is expanding its field operations and is hiring Marketing Executives (Field Duty) to strengthen our presence in key regions. This role requires extensive travel, direct market engagement, and the ability to build strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centres, and distributors
- Promote and market surgical goods, orthopaedic, and rehabilitation products
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with doctors, purchase managers, and distributors
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and submit sales reports; monitor competitor activity
- Represent the company at product demonstrations, conferences, and exhibitions
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline
- 210 years of field marketing or sales experience
- Strong background in orthopaedics, OT assistance, orthopaedic dealer network, surgical goods, rehabilitation products, medical devices, or pharma
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively
