Role Overview

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives across all WellnessZ brands WellnessZ, WellnessZ Experts, and Zeefit.

The ideal candidate should have a balance of strategic thinking, creative execution, and analytical insight, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including content, tech, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across performance and organic channels.

Plan and manage brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention campaigns.

Oversee the content calendar and work closely with the content creation and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Conduct detailed market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and enhance campaign strategies.

Collaborate with the tech and sales teams for product updates, feature launches, and customer persona alignment.

Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights through data-driven reporting.

Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and brand presence across all marketing channels.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of full-time marketing experience, preferably in a startup or growth-stage environment.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance advertising, and content strategy.

Working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, CRM, and automation tools.

Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to translate strategy into actionable campaigns.

Proven ability to collaborate across multiple departments to achieve organizational goals.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the health, fitness, or wellness industry.

Prior involvement in B2B2C or community-driven marketing projects.
