Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Kolkata. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team, meeting sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include building relationships with financial institutions and clients, maintaining effective communication, and guiding clients through the financial and loan processes. The Sales Manager is expected to ensure a superior customer experience while achieving business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including strategy implementation and achieving sales targets
  • Leadership, team management, and ability to mentor and motivate team members
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of financial products like loans, mortgages, and banking processes is an advantage
  • Problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Experience in the financial services, banking, or mortgage industry is a plus
