Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Sales Manager at Thikedaar.Com. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing effective sales strategies. The role involves managing the complete sales process, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and providing accurate sales forecasts. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless project execution.
Responsibilities:
1. Drive business growth through client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue expansion.
2. Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies tailored to the construction industry.
3. Lead market research, analyze industry trends, and identify untapped growth opportunities.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, design, and technology) to align growth strategies.
5. Establish and monitor key performance metrics to ensure scalability and profitability.
