About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive property sales. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, an understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote residential and commercial projects.
  • Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into successful sales.
  • Handle client meetings, property site visits, and negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events.
  • Train and mentor new sales executives to enhance their performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 15 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 12 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Strong client-handling skills and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
