Job Description

Commercial Sourcing Sales:

  • Drive sales for sourcing commercial projects (office, business spaces).
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closures.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Develop sales strategies, pricing, and promotional plans with marketing team.
  • Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and project teams for documentation and handover..

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate/MBA with 5+ years in commercial real estate sales.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in commercial properties.
  • Familiarity with Pune commercial market, broker networks, and leasing models.
  • Excellent communication and MS Office proficiency..
  • 5+ years experience in real estate/commercial sales sourcing, hospitality, Luxury residential sales, high end automobile!
