Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager
Location: Pune


The Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager is responsible for the overall performance, growth, and strategic direction of the company within a designated geographic region. They will lead a team of Sales Representatives and professionals to achieve operational excellence, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction objectives.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for:

Selling foundit online solutions to placement Agencies, SMB, and Corporate Clients
Identify & analyze the client's requirements & propose customized solutions for talent acquisition / Retention /branding needs.
Handle a team of Acquisition and Retention Sales people.
Interaction with senior management in the client organizations & present Monster's products & services
Manage complex sales situations & acquire clients based on value-based selling.
Following complete sales cycle and ensuring payment collection.
Closely monitoring of competitor activities and assisting in planning counter strategies Recruit and train a team of sales professional.
Sales management of the team
To drive both volume and value sales
Recruit and train a team of sales professionals.
Improve relationship management with clients by the team.
Supervise the development and preparation of reports that are required to analyze the sales performance against the established plans and objectives.
Develop MIS and ability to analyze data.

Specific areas of expertise required are:

Key Competencies

Must be a Graduate/Postgraduate
Should have 10-15 years of corporate field sales experience with hands on experience of entire sales cycle.
Excellent written and oral communication and English skills
Zeal for making a career in sales.
Internet savvy and basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Should have experience in Team handling of Hard-Core Field Sales people.
Experience in People Management.
Preferable industries are IT, HR Space/ Consulting, Media, Solution Selling, Office Automation BFSI, Telecom, Dot Com etc
Must have strong interpersonal and networking skills.
Should be a Team player who can integrate with the sales team.
An aggressive personality, driven by performance, would be a good fit for this role.
