Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Chhindwara. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the dealership's sales operations, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role involves leading and mentoring the sales team, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also oversee inventory management, conduct market analysis, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

  • Sales Management, Retail Sales, and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
  • Team Leadership and Staff Development skills
  • Market Analysis and Inventory Management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
