This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, build and maintain client relationships, develop and implement sales strategies, and monitor market trends to identify business opportunities. The role also involves managing a sales team, ensuring targets are met or exceeded, and providing training and support as required.

• Strong experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
• Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
• Proven ability in Leadership and Team Management
• Knowledge of Market Analysis and Strategic Sales Planning
• Goal-oriented and adept at Problem-Solving
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate or relevant industry is a plus
