Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Sales Manager at Reliance General Insurance. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and identify potential business opportunities. Responsibilities include managing a sales team, interacting with clients, achieving revenue targets, and building long-term customer relationships. The role also entails analyzing market trends, monitoring competitor activity, and implementing performance improvement initiatives to ensure sustained growth and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and account management skills, with the ability to achieve revenue targets and lead sales initiatives effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage teams and interact with clients
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends, formulating strategic sales plans, and executing client acquisition strategies
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
- Ability to work on-site in Indore and handle operational challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
