Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and fostering client relationships. Daily activities include identifying business opportunities, negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with teams to achieve revenue goals. The role also involves market research and implementing strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

• Experience in developing sales strategies, market research, and business development
• Team management and leadership skills to mentor and motivate a sales team

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred; prior experience in construction or interior design sales is a plus
