Position Overview-
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager who has hands-on experience in selling residential properties. The ideal candidate must have strong negotiation skills, the ability to convert leads into closures, and a passion for achieving sales targets with high earnings from incentives.
*Key Responsibilities*-
* Manage the complete sales cycle lead handling, site visits, negotiations, and final deal closures.
* Present and promote residential property options to clients based on their needs.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales through strong follow-ups and lead management.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
* Coordinate with channel partners, builders, and internal teams for smooth transactions.
* Guide clients through documentation and closing processes.
* Maintain sales reports, dashboards, and feedback for management.
*Required Skills & Qualifications*-
* Mandatory 2+ years of real estate sales experience.
* Strong knowledge of local real estate market (Noida / Greater Noida / NCR).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Ability to handle high-intent leads and convert them into successful deals.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
