Location: Delhi, Mumbai/Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chandigarh, Guwahati, Patna, Chennai, Ahmedabad (Location depends on the therapy division)

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Sales Manager with a strong background in
Hospital Pharma Sales and
Dealer/Distributor Onboarding. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving hospital business, building strong customer relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of pharmaceutical products across hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Onboard and manage dealers, distributors, and sub-stockists.
- Build and maintain relationships with Hospital Purchase Managers and Key Accounts.
- Conduct product presentations and detailing for healthcare professionals.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Participate in sales meetings, product training, and industry events.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in Hospital Pharma Sales.
- Experience in one or more of the following therapy areas:
- Ophthalmology
- Human Albumin / IVIG
- Vaccines
- IVF / Hormones
- Cardiac
- Nephrology
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
