CTC: 28 LPA ( Depends on interview )

Working Days- 6 days

Role Purpose:

Overall in-charge of showroom strategy, operations, profitability, and leadership across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute annual business strategy with the Directors.

Supervise Sales, Operations, Accounts, Design & Logistics.

Set sales & performance KPIs for each team.

Ensure premium client experience and after-sales satisfaction.

Vendor management, brand partnerships, and expansion support.

Mentor & motivate team of 150+ employees.

Requirements:

MBA / Graduate, 15 yrs experience in luxury retail / interiors / hospitality.

Strong business acumen, leadership, and communication skills.

Sharp sense of design and brand presentation. Personality Fit: Confident, strategic, refined, and people-centric.
