Profile- Head Sales and Marketing
Experience: Minimum 8+ years
Location: Southern India
Ctc- 8.4 Lpa + Performance-Based Variables
Working Days- 6 days (9am-6pm)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall Sales and Marketing strategy for the company.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and end-users.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and quotations for static and fabricated equipment.
- Drive sales growth by achieving business targets and expanding market share.
- Conduct regular market analysis, competitor tracking, and customer feedback collection.
- Collaborate with the design, production, and procurement teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, industry conferences, and client meetings.
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to enhance overall performance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with strong technical and commercial acumen.
- Minimum 810 years of proven experience in marketing and selling industrial/static equipment.
- Deep understanding of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Valves, Pumps, Chillers, and Fabrication Equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Southern India and other regions when required.
- Educational Qualification: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
