Role Summary

We're seeking a Sales Manager who can aggressively convert high-intent leads, guide clients through the advisory process, and consistently meet sales targets all while representing Novo Spaces brand of honesty and trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and convert inbound/outbound qualified leads
  • Consult with clients to understand their real estate goals and suggest tailored solutions
  • Coordinate and lead site visits with clients, ensuring smooth execution
  • Negotiate terms, manage documentation, and drive deals to closure
  • Maintain and update CRM with all lead and client details
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Build lasting client relationships and generate referral business
Qualifications
  • 25 years in real estate sales/advisory
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of real estate trends in Noida / NCR
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-performance environment
  • Availability for weekend work (site visits)
