Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Leadership: Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  2. Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
  3. Target Setting: Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets for the team and individual team members.
  4. Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the teams sales performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
  5. Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads and opportunities.
  6. Sales Process Optimization: Continuously refine and improve sales processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  8. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the teams skills and knowledge.
  9. Recruitment: Attract, recruit, and onboard top sales talent to build a high-performing team.
  10. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  11. Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
  12. Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to support the teams sales efforts.
  13. Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts to inform business planning and decision-making.
  14. Budget Management: Manage the sales budget responsibly, ensuring optimal return on investment.
  15. Representation: Represent Moris Media at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, sales analytics tools, and virtual meeting platforms.
Technical Requirements:
To effectively perform in this role, the following technical equipment is required:
  • High-Performance Laptop or Desktop: A computer with sufficient processing power and memory to handle multitasking, data analysis, and resource-intensive applications.
  • High-Speed Broadband Internet Connection: A reliable internet connection is essential for virtual meetings, accessing cloud-based resources, and collaborating with the team.
  • Dedicated Workspace: A quiet, distraction-free workspace, whether physical or virtual, to ensure focus and productivity.
