Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales of Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) across assigned locations
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and customers
• Ensure smooth loan processing from lead generation to disbursement
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
