Sales Manager Immigration SaaS & Franchise Development (Foleo & Labour Connect)

About Us

Labour Connect is launching Foleo, a next-generation immigration case management platform that helps immigration consultants and law firms go paperless and automate their client & document workflows.

Alongside Foleo, we are expanding our Labour Connect Immigration Services franchise model, giving entrepreneurs an opportunity to enter and grow in the immigration services market.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead the end-to-end sales strategy for both Foleo SaaS subscriptions and Labour Connect franchise development. The ideal candidate will manage and mentor a team of Sales Executives, track meetings and closures, and drive revenue growth across both product and franchise channels.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Sales Management

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Plan, assign, and track the team's meetings, calls, demos, and closures.
  • Monitor KPIs such as number of meetings, conversion rates, and total closures.

Foleo SaaS Sales

  • Drive the complete B2B sales cycle for Foleo: lead generation, product demos, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategy with product roadmap.

Franchise Development

  • Identify, pitch, and onboard prospective franchise partners for Labour Connect Immigration Services.
  • Conduct discovery calls, explain franchise benefits, and guide prospects through the onboarding process.
  • Support franchise partners during initial setup to ensure their success.

Reporting & Strategy

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports for management.
  • Provide market feedback to refine sales strategies and franchise offerings.
Requirements
  • Experience: 12 years in IT/SaaS sales, franchise sales, or business development (immigration/education sector experience is a plus).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with proven ability to meet revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle both B2B SaaS and franchise sales in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking metrics.
