We are looking for Sales Manager specializing in the International Sales(US IT Sales), you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth and market expansion within our organization.

Responsibilities: Meeting aggressive quotas including sales volumes and number of calls per day, per week and per month. Leading the account managers team to generate and qualify leads from cold calling Managing, tracking and following up on leads by account managers Conducting sales presentations through the phone and screen sharing Meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals in accordance with goals Creating and updating activity reports Working to engage the customer and ask questions that keep the conversation going Building relationships with existing clients by taking feedback calls and understanding improvements Work with the marketing team to prepare the marketing presentations
Summary: This is a leadership position with quotas for volume and revenue. Sales Manager candidate must have excellent communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers. While the team may work from a script, guiding telesales account managers to also have the ability to be flexible and creative in dealing with customers. They must represent the company in a positive light at all times; this calls for optimistic people who aren't easily upset and who naturally like working with others.
