Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with a strong background in Industrial Automation, Instrumentation, Oil & Gas, Refinery, Power, and Process Industries. The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing key customer relationships and driving sales growth for automation and instrumentation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in Oil & Gas, Power, Petrochemical, Refinery, Steel, and Process Industries.
· Generate leads and convert them into sales through customer engagement and technical discussions.
· Understand customer requirements and propose suitable Instrumentation, PLC, DCS, SCADA, and Automation solutions.
· Prepare techno-commercial offers, project estimates, and cost proposals.
· Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and customer meetings.
· Coordinate with engineering and project teams for solution development and project execution.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and end users.
· Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts with customers.
· Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth strategies.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
