Job Description

Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Delhi region, focusing on the HL (High-End Luxury) segment. This role involves driving revenue growth, managing a sales team, and cultivating strong client relationships.

Job Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for the HL segment in Delhi.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to optimize individual and team performance.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the high-end luxury market, building a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the HL segment.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews to senior management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Manage sales budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Job Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management role, specifically within the high-end luxury sector.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Delhi market and the luxury consumer segment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
