Sales Manager - Furniture Showroom

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to oversee sales operations at our furniture showroom. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth and ensure an excellent customer experience. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership: manage the sales to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

• Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, offering personalized solutions and enhancing their showroom experience.

• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the showroom's furniture offerings and assist customers with product selection.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

Skills:

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a retail or furniture showroom environment.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Goal-oriented with a passion for customer service and sales growth.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience is mandatory in the same field of Furniture Sale.
