Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our market presence in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy, team leadership, and market development within the QSR or food service industry. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer behavior, franchise operations, and competitive positioning in the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion & Strategy
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share in India.
- Identify new business opportunities, including franchise partnerships and strategic alliances.
- Conduct market analysis to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Sales Operations
- Drive revenue growth through B2B and B2C channels.
- Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Client & Partner Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, distributors, and key accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with partners and vendors.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear KPIs and monitor team performance.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales efforts.
- Provide feedback on product offerings and customer needs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 57 years of sales experience in the QSR, FMCG, or food service industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing teams.
- Strong understanding of the Indian consumer market and regional dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel across India as needed.
