Manager - Business Development (Pharma/Food)

Experience : 4 - 10 Years

Industry Preference: Food / Pharma (B2B Sales Experience Required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the Food and Pharma industries.
  • Own all plans and strategies for business development aligned with company goals.
  • Drive B2B sales efforts with a focus on building long-term relationships with corporate clients.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers through regular communication (in-person, calls, and emails).
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Head, providing regular performance updates and market insights.
  • Promote company products and actively contribute to closing key deals.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to build strong customer relationships.
  • Generate and qualify inbound leads to meet sales objectives.
  • Maintain full visibility into the sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-through at each stage.
  • Build and nurture partnerships with key clients and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, especially in the Pharma or Food industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
