We are looking for a dynamic and results-orientedSales Managerto spearhead business development and client engagement across Eastern India. This role involves full ownership of the sales cyclefrom lead generation to revenue realizationwhile building strong, strategic relationships across thehydropower, oil & gas, maritime, and disaster response sectors, including government agencies such as police, fire & rescue, and disaster management authorities. The RSM will play a critical role in expanding EyeROV's footprint in the region and will work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction. This position reports directly to the CEO and is central to driving growth in the region.
Your Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth and meet sales targets for theEast region, contributing to EyeROV's overall business objectives.
- Actively travelwithin the region to engage with clients and stakeholders (minimum10 days/month).
- Leadbusiness development initiativesacrossdams, tunnels, and related infrastructure sectors, promoting EyeROV's cutting-edge underwater robotics solutions.
- Manage theend-to-end sales cyclefrom lead generation and opportunity qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
- Prepare and presenttechno-commercial proposalsfor clients, tenders, and strategic projects.
- Navigatetendering processesacross government, PSU, semi-government, and private sector clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts includingNTPC, DVC, NHPC, NEEPCO, MEPGCL, IOCL, EPC firms, and port authorities.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities forROV services, product sales, andpartnerships.
- Plan and executefield demonstrations and proof-of-concept trialsin collaboration with technical teams.
- Represent EyeROV atindustry conferences, exhibitions, and regional trade events to strengthen brand presence and network.
- Report directly to the CEO, playing a pivotal role in EyeROV's regional growth and strategic market penetration.

- Quick learner with the ability to grasp and communicate technical products
- Fluent in English and Hindi (regional languages like Bengali/Assamese a plus)
- Comfortable with travel and dynamic field environments
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho CRM preferred
Experience
5 - 10 years of relevant experience in the Sales
Location: Kolkata/Guwahati (East/North East India Region)
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in engineering ( Civil/Mechanical) or related degree
- Should have done 3 years of B2Gtechnical sales
